At Platafuturo S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Platafuturo", "we") we process users' personal data in accordance with Act 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose and how you can exercise your rights.

7. Data subject rights

You may exercise, free of charge, the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by writing to privacidad@platafuturo.com. If you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority of Act 25.326.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, including encryption in transit and access controls.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or service improvements. Any material modification will be communicated on this same page with its update date.
